Ever Dreamt of Becoming Cinderella?
Now is your chance!
Lythgoe Family Productions, MPI Entertainment and Jason Haigh-Ellery (producers of ''Footloose'', ''The Wedding Singer'') and the El Portal Theater have partnered with Westfield shopping centers to present "The Search for Cinderella". The winner of this competition will star as Cinderella at the historic El Portal Theatre in North Hollywood at the end of the year in the premier production of Cinderella.
This production of Cinderella will be a magical musical extravaganza in the style of a Traditional London Panto. The age old fairytale of Cinderella will be set to modern day music with a comical twist.

Open Call Auditions will take place on July 14 at the following location:
Westfield Culver City
Wednesday, July 14

Registration and Auditions will begin at 8am.
Participants will be auditioning to the production staff, as well as 1-2 celebrity judges at each location. Celebrity guest judges include Kara DioGuardi, Mary Murphy, Adam Shankman, Mark Ballas, Michael Johns, Benji Schwimmer, and Director Bonnie Lythgoe.
The audition process will be similar to that seen on shows like American Idol. Each person will be asked to sing one song for the celebrity judges. Only the judges can put auditionees through to the call backs in September.
Auditionees must look 16-28 years. The producers are looking for feisty, beautiful, vibrant and spirited females with good acting ability. Must have strong singing voice and be able to move well.
