Video Contest with 20k prizing, free entry (NYC/LA) posted on March 10, 2010



I'm hosting the LFMP 2.0 “Video meets Baby Boomers” video contest and we're looking for filmmakers to produce a short (under 5 min) interviews about baby boomers and digital media. We're giving away over $20,000 in prizing, including a grand prize of $10,000, and 2nd/3rd place prizes of $5,000. The festival is hosted by WPP (one of the world's largest communication conglomerates) and 3 of its digital media companies: 24/7 Real Media, The Media Innovation Group and M80.

The deadline is soon (April 15th), but the videos can as simple as interviewing someone you know. We've posted on many festival sites, but given the short time frame of this project (and low submission rate thus far), we figured those looking for freelance film work would be interested in the amount of prizing we have, and will posses the talent to win it.
